"They are cotton, but very thin and prone to wrinkling. They initially had a strong incense odor from India, which took two hot water washes to remove. The sheets are so thin that they conform to the pattern of any blanket placed on top. I should have returned them, but I kept them due to a shortage of sheets. They do soften with washing, but I won't purchase them again. They'll serve as my backup sheets."

"These sheets are soft and feel like 250-300 thread count, even softer than standard 300 thread count. They're not advertised as 300 thread count, which I appreciate. Made by Ruvanti in India, they're cool and OEKO-TEX certified for safety. They're smooth and reduce friction compared to microfiber. I washed and dried them without ironing, and they looked good. The envelope pillowcases aren't my favorite, but the sheet pockets fit well on a standard mattress. The box is nice for gifting. Overall, a good value at the current price."

"The fabric is nice, and the labels for the top and bottom are helpful. The size remains adequate even after washing. However, the fold at the top of the sheet seems too small, and the pillowcases have the same issue, which makes them seem cheap. I bought these for my 95-year-old mother, and she seems satisfied with them. Go figure."

"I previously bought a purple set from this seller, and the "sateen" had a nice, smooth feel. However, the recent set I bought in basic white doesn't look or feel like the earlier sateen set.
