"I ordered split King, light gray. Received CAL KING via Amazon Logistics. Immediately reached out via Chat to no response (they'll respond via email) that the item received was not only the WRONG SIZE but WILDFLOWERS not gray delivered via Amazon. Their response, contact Amazon since I purchased through Amazon. It takes them at least a day to respond and they don't read the whole email and don't respond appropriately. Not possible to chat with anyone, I even tried during the "open" hours and no response. Tried calling them and the # states a different company. I have contacted my bank for help since Ruvanti is not responding timely. Buyers beware!"
